Plan your first month of TikTok distribution

The goal

• We have one goal: test a format, explore a market, or generate measurable visits or installations.
• We know our starting point and the work that limits distribution.
• We have chosen a period and criteria to continue, change the test or stop.

The content

• We have the necessary rights to videos, images, music and captions.
• We know how much content to supply and how often.
• Each account has a defined audience or angle and suitable content.
• Account identities, posts and commercial disclosures have an agreed review process.

The operation

• Account ownership, access and handover are written down.
• Available capacity, start date and responsibilities are clear.
• We know what happens after a missed post or account restriction.
• The workflow has been assessed against platform rules, without promises of artificial engagement or evasion.

The measurement

• The report separates planned posts from posts actually published.
• Views have a measurement date and a defined period.
• Target countries are distinguished from observed audience locations.
• Attribution methods and gaps for visits, installations or sales are explicit.
• A cost comparison states which costs and period it includes.

The decision

• We know which tasks the provider takes on and which remain with us.
• We have evidence with its context, period and limits.
• Price, billing frequency and exit conditions are clear.
• The first scope fits our content stock and the provider’s available capacity.
