What to know before you get started.
What does my plan include?
TikTok accounts reserved for your brand and managed by Outfruit, with publishing and publication tracking. You supply the finished content; content creation is not included.
When does distribution start?
Launch is planned within 72–96 hours after we receive your completed brief and content ready to publish. We confirm the scope and start date with you.
What happens if a TikTok account is restricted?
Fewer than 1% of our TikTok accounts have been restricted. If an account is restricted, we replace it within 24 hours.
What do I need to provide?
Finished videos or ordered slides, captions, target markets and publishing instructions. We handle the accounts and publishing.
Can I choose the countries and languages?
Yes. Tell us your target markets and content languages. We confirm availability before activation. Initial markets: France, the US, the UK, Germany and Spain. Targeting a country does not guarantee where viewers will be.
Can I recover the accounts when I leave?
Yes, you can request the TikTok accounts and their access details at the end of your subscription. Otherwise, the accounts remain with Outfruit.
How do I cancel?
You can stop the monthly renewal through your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Are views or CPM guaranteed?
No. Plans cover publishing capacity. Organic results vary; effective CPM is your distribution spend divided by views, multiplied by 1,000.
